Dear Friends
We are living in extraordinary times! All over the world people are gathering together, meeting in groups, in person and also in teleclasses and webcasts to experience something more, an awakening.
The Oprah Winfrey / Eckhart Tolle webcast is an unprecedented event, a shining example of just how powerful these kinds of gatherings can be. And it is just the beginning.
There is great power in numbers and the energy at these kinds of events is greatly accelerated. What is wonderful is that people can gather in a place where they feel safe and protected and are then able to open up much more easily and feel honoured and supported. I think that as things begin to move more rapidly on the planet, people will need to be able to talk about how they are feeling and what is happening in their lives. Many now feel isolated and alone and need to come together for the purpose of awakening.

Your self-esteem is like a star at night that shines brightest when it is the darkest. It is your inner light that burns brightly and freely no matter what is happening around you. A Zen saying reminds us: “What was your original face before you were born?”
Self-esteem is perfectly intact when we are born, in fact, it is inherent to us; however, it often diminishes over the course of our childhood. We lose a little of it whenever we fail, make mistakes, misbehave, feel guilty, refuse to forgive, neglect ourselves, and/or do things we are ashamed of. As an adult, we sometimes feel as if our “self” is in pieces— that we are somehow not whole and complete.

I so much believe that our life’s is the composition of what we’ve heard, learnt and product of decision and influence. I put these words together knowing that they will make you. God make the world through the Word, so for us to make and create our world we need creative words.

- What you are today is as a result of the decision you made yesterday.
- One of the keys that provoke the devil is our testimony and our worship.
- The fulfillment of the daylight is the secret of the night.
- Command in the night and see the manifestation in the daylight.
- There is power in what you know and understanding.

It’s hard to be in business today, certainly in the professional services sector, without having heard the term ‘networking’. Regarded by many as the Marmite of business, it is said that you either are a networker or you aren’t. And if you think you aren’t, you shouldn’t even try to do it.
Rubbish!
First of all, networking is essential to any business. The business you get from personal recommendation will be some of the best business you ever do - they have pretty much made up their minds to use you before they even call you, and they are a lot less concerned with price. And it’s not just for solicitors and accountants - when your pipes burst, how did you decide on a plumber to come out and fix it? Was it someone you had heard good things about before? Maybe you didn’t know anyone, so you called a friend and asked if they knew a good plumber? Joe Bloggs Plumbers just won the business of fixing your pipes through networking.

Addiction is a disease and it doesn’t only affect our bodies and brains, but it affects our spirit as well. There is a movement in the addiction industry toward a more holistic approach to treatment where the whole person is treated rather than just physiological symptoms or superficial emotional anxieties. Spiritual therapy is an integral part of recovery and is increasing borrowing from other traditions.
Sweat Lodges in Addiction Treatment
Sweat lodges or medicine lodges have a long history of use by Native American peoples, mostly in North America. It is a ceremonial sauna where a stones heated in a fire are brought into a tent or hut that is pitch black inside. Then water is poured on the stones creating steam that is sealed in. This creates very hot temperatures inside and the sweating begins.

The Seduction
The internet can be an escape from the world for many people, and for some people it can be an escape from themselves.
The internet has become a playground for many people to act out fantasies and take on new identities that were not possible before. This relatively new technology is allowing people to indulge in fantasies in much more sophisticated and “real” ways. The internet provides the dangerous combination of anonymity, impunity and no accountability.

“Success is sweet and sweeter if long delayed and gotten through many struggles and defeats.” - Amos Bronson Alcott. Watching successful individuals sharing their success stories can be a wonderful experience. One can observe that most successful people went through a lot of failures or setbacks before their success.

Having a hard time convincing people to buy your product? Cannot seem to let people say yes to almost anything you suggest? Nobody ever seems to follow your command even if you have the highest position in the company? Been trying to negotiate for a salary raise for years but does not seem to get one? You need to learn the power of conversational hypnosis and get more things done your way.
Milton Erickson, a professor, a psychiatrist, and psychologist has found a way to hypnotize people without them knowing it. He applied the said conversational hypnosis to his clients then, he did it so discreetly that the clients never noticed they were hypnotized. Though hypnotizing was prohibited to be used in his profession as a doctor, he was able to master the said skill for 60 years.
